Worthington Pond Farm is home to Connecticut's only event-ready covered bridge, five distinct patio and garden spaces, the Warming House, and 98 acres of natural beauty. Whatever the occasion, the property provides a backdrop that no decorator can replicate.

The Warming House
Weekdays up to 50 guests / Weekends up to 30 guests
This charming space has a rustic cottage feel built for intimate events. Host a bridal or baby shower on the private upper floor, a business meeting by the fire, or a company retreat in a setting that feels nothing like a conference room. Built in 2000 from wood harvested directly from the property, the Warming House is warm in every sense of the word.

The Covered Bridge
Up to 120 guests / April 1 to October 30
Worthington is home to Connecticut's only event-ready covered bridge. Fully equipped with lighting, electricity, a dance floor, tables and chairs, and a stage for a band or DJ. There is no other venue like this in New England. This space books quickly — we recommend reaching out well in advance.

Patios and Gardens
Multiple spaces / Groups of all sizes
Worthington has five distinct outdoor spaces, each with its own character. The Meditation Garden overlooks the pond and rose garden. The Upper Dining Patio faces the covered bridge. The Center Firepit sits above the vineyard. The Lower Lawn is shaded and perfect for summer gatherings. Every patio can be reserved for private events.

—Meditation Garden — Overlooks Worthington Pond, the beach, and the rose garden. A quiet and intimate space perfect for ceremonies or private reflection.
—Upper Dining Patio — Faces the covered bridge and smaller ponds. Perfect for a private dinner in the late afternoon or early evening.
—Upper Lawn Picnic Area — Soft grass, open sky, and room for lawn games. Great for casual gatherings with friends.
—Worthington Train Station Zin Garden — A secluded garden patio tucked into the property for those who want to be closer to nature.
—Center Firepit — Overlooking Worthington Pond and the vineyard rows, this is the spot for a fire at the end of the evening.
—Lower Lawn Picnic Area — Shaded by mature trees and perfect for a hot summer afternoon spent outside.
