Join Sami, owner and founder of Strength by Sami, for a beautiful morning exercise & prayer session at Worthington Vineyards. Included in admission price is the class as well as a Worthington beverage token. Tokens are redeemable for one (1) beverage from the tasting room. Highland Coffeehouse will be open before and after class for coffee purchases however is not included in class price for the beverage token.

Please note that class will be held outdoors so please dress accordingly for the weather. We also ask attendees to bring a water bottle & yoga mat.
