Worthington Summer 5k Running Series
All trails lead to wine as you navigate the beautiful backwoods and vineyard of Worthington Winery, this is a 5k cross-country running series which will challenge participants with mountainous terrain along with views of the vineyard, ponds and iconic Covered Bridge! A great circuit for wine-loving spectators as well! Registration is FREE!
The running series will meet weekly on Thursdays (July 10th-August 14th). Runners should arrive 5:15pm-5:30pm and be ready to run by 5:45pm.
Runners should bring comfortable shoes for trail running and a water bottle as well as a watch as it will be a self timed race. Leaderboard journal is self reported. Stop by the tasting room after your run for a glass or bottle of wine to celebrate and reward yourself for a job well done!
