Eager Beavers & Why They Matter~ Presented By Ginny Apple: Master Wildlife Conservationist

Join us for an early evening of nature, learning, and community with Ginny Apple, Certified Master Wildlife Conservationist with the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Conservation.

We’ll begin with a little nosh, then take a leisurely stroll to our local beaver dam to observe their handiwork before the sun sets. Afterwards, we’ll head indoors as Ginny shares her fascinating insights into the lives of beavers — Worthington’s original engineering family— and why these remarkable creatures play such an important role in maintaining healthy ecosystems.
