Perseverance
Our first bottling. Perseverance is named after the long and arduous journey it took to open our business and offer our craft to the public. The NASA Mars Lander, of the same name, is depicted on the label to recognize our efforts and those who persevere. Perseverance is a red wine made from Petite Syrah grapes sourced from Suisan Calley, California. ABV 12%.
Zinful Pleasure
This is known as our “naughty’ wine because of its name and its sneaky high alcohol presence. It’s a red wine made from Zinfandel grapes. One of our mainstay offerings, Winemaker Karen Murdoch has maintained the Zinful Pleasure recipe for many years, as it has been highly recognized by friends and in wine competitions. ABV 15%.
Worthington White
Our centerpiece wine that reflects the name and harvest from our Farm Vineyard and Winery. It is made from Cayuga grapes blended from our vineyard and from the New York Finger Lakes. It is a semi-sweet white wine that is quite refreshing to enjoy on a summer day while sitting in the shade of a tree in our gardens. ABV 12%
Private Picnic
Thise wine is a dry Riesling-based white, and good with a cheese, crackers, and a picnic lunch here by our ponds. You can pack your own picnic basket and blanket, or you can lend one from us. ABV 12%
Blueberry Bliss
We sourced blueberries from our local Scantic Valley Farm, right here is Somers, to make this sweet fruit wine. You’ll appreciate the bold aroma and blueberry flavor that emanates from this flavorful wine. Definitely one to enjoy with other fruits and maybe desert!

Drinks - Slushies
Our slushies are a big hit for those looking for something other than our standard wine offerings. These are sweet and oh so cold to enjoy our on our deck or lawn. While flavors change based upon availability and fruit availability, our offerings include:
- Zinful Dragon – Dragonfruit juice mixed with our popular Zinful Pleasure wine
- Mango Picnic – Mango fruit juice mixed with our Private Picnic wine
- Strawberry – First introduced on Father’s Day, this slushy continues to be a favored choice of our Slushie customers. Mixed with our Private Picnic wine.
- Blueberry Pomegranate – Blueberry and pomegranate juice mixed with our Worthington White and Blueberry wines.
Drinks - Sangria
Our Sangria flavor of the month is “Zingria,” a mix of citris juices and our favorite Zinful Pleasure wine. This one goes down fast and easy. Order a pitcher to share with your friends.
Food
Bento Boxes – Our chef prepares a full assortment of crackers, snacks, cheese, meats, and fruit that will serve two or more people. This snack box is for great happy hour snacking in the late afternoon or early evening.
Cheese & Crackers
Five different cheeses are sourced from local farms to go with crackers and your favorite wine. From sharp cheddar, goat cheese, camembert, to blue and washed rind – all are excellent choices to go with our wines.
