Mindfullness Walks
Join Shelly Ouellette for a peaceful, guided mindfulness walk inspired by the teachings and Zen lineage of Thích Nhất Hạnh. Together, we will slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the present moment through mindful walking, meditation, and quiet reflection in nature.
Held weather permitting every other Monday beginning June 8.
Donation-based offering: Suggested donation $7
All abilities welcome. Walking paths include a blend of paved walkways, grass, dirt trails, and some more challenging terrain. Please let us know of any mobility limitations ahead of time so accommodations can be made.
If preferred, participants are welcome to simply bring themselves and a mat to enjoy meditation from one of our two peaceful meditation patios.
The grounds feature three ponds, beautifully manicured gardens, untamed natural spaces, and a serene natural beaver dam — creating the perfect setting to pause, breathe, and be present.
Wine, as well as a selection of non-alcoholic beverages, will also be available for purchase following the meditation walk.
