Join Sami, owner and founder of Strength by Sami, for a beautiful morning exercise & prayer session at Worthington Vineyards. Highland Coffeehouse will be open before and after class. Worthington’s Tasting Room will be open at noon for addtional beverages.

Please note that class will be held outdoors so please dress accordingly for the weather. We also ask attendees to bring a water bottle & yoga mat.
